My coaching philosophy is built on trust. I believe trust can change the world, while a lack of it can destroy. How we speak establishes trust with our listeners. No matter your business, how you speak matters.

I work with startup founders, business professionals, and teams to achieve incredible results through intentional communication. I’ve helped individuals prepare for TV interviews, large audience stages, team communication dynamics, and one-on-one conversations.

My career began in Washington DC, coaching economists to share their research with the news. I then ran a client relations department in Southern California. Now, back in my hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, I am passionate about impacting my local community. I am a proud mom of two and wife to an incredible husband of five years. They are my everything.
